ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER
Location: Zambia Salary: USD 1500 Nett and accommodation
Experience: Relevant restaurant supervisory experience
JOB DESCRIPTIONA professional hospitality operation in Kuwait is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and service delivery. The successful candidate should be customer-focused, organised and confident in leading a hospitality team.
KEY REQUIREMENTS· Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience· Fine-dining or standalone restaurant experience preferred· Strong communication and people skills· Professional and customer-focused approach· Good organisational and problem-solving ability· Valid passport and ability to travel
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Assist with the daily running of the restaurant· Support and supervise front-of-house staff· Maintain service and presentation standards· Assist with staff training and scheduling· Handle guest enquiries and feedback· Support stock and operational controls APPLICATION DETAILS
