About this role
A recently opened restaurant seating up to 400 pax seeks to employ a Barman / mixologist with the following skills and requirements:
A minimum of 3 years as a barman in either a coffee shop environment or a restaurant environment
Must have had Barista Training and undertand the important techniques relating to coffee and tea service
The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic - willing to work alongside the team in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Good command of the English Language, be vibrant and friendly
Must be able to use a point of sale system and work within a team
Must have a passion for food and people and be able to grow the business
Matric / grade 12 a requirement - only South African Citizens will be considered
