Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced F&B Manager to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Franschhoek. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Food & Beverage operation, ensuring exceptional service standards and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.📍 Location: Franschhoek, Western Cape🏨 Position: F&B Manager💰 Salary: R35,000 – R45,000 per month

Position Highlights

Oversee the day-to-day Food & Beverage operations.

Lead, train and motivate the F&B team.

Maintain exceptional service and presentation standards.

Manage stock, budgets and departmental costs.

Ensure a consistently outstanding guest experience.

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Requirements

Previous F&B management experience within a luxury or 5-star property.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of food, beverage and service operations.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Professional, guest-focused and hands-on approach.

Relevant hospitality qualification would be advantageous.
