🏠 **House Manager | Luxury Global Real Estate | Sandton, Gauteng**Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly organised **House Manager** to join a prestigious **luxury global real estate brand** in Sandton.📍 **Location:** Sandton, Gauteng🏢 **Property Type:** Luxury Global Real Estate💰 **Salary:** R15,500 per month### Key Responsibilities* Oversee the smooth day-to-day running and management of the household.* Ensure the property is maintained to an exceptionally high standard.* Coordinate household staff and oversee daily duties and schedules.* Manage household routines, appointments and general requirements.* Liaise with service providers, suppliers and contractors as required.* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation.* Assist with household purchasing, stock control and inventory management.* Handle household-related administration and record-keeping.* Ensure guests and principals receive a professional and seamless service.* Anticipate household requirements and address issues promptly and efficiently.### Requirements* Previous experience as a House Manager, Butler, Estate Manager or in a similar private household role.* Experience within a luxury residential or high-end hospitality environment would be advantageous.* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.* Strong leadership and staff management abilities.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Professional, discreet and trustworthy approach.* Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation.* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.* Proactive, reliable and solutions-driven personality.* A genuine understanding of luxury service standards.### To Apply
