Lodge Management Couple

MANAGEMENT COUPLE REQUIRED

We are looking for a dedicated and hands on Management Couple to join our team.

We are looking for a couple who are passionate about hospitality, guest service and the day-to-day running of a lodge. Key Responsibilities:

Overall management and smooth daily operations

Guest relations and ensuring excellent customer service

Staff supervision, training and management

Housekeeping and maintenance oversight

Food & beverage operations

Stock control and basic administration

Ensuring company standards, policies and procedures are maintained

Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally

Handling bookings, reservations and general lodge administration

Maintaining a welcoming, safe and well-presented environment Requirements:

Previous hospitality or lodge management experience

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as a team

Professional, reliable and hands-on approach

Valid driver's licence

Computer literate

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays What We Offer:
