JOB DESCRIPTION

An upmarket private household is seeking a dynamic, hardworking and passionate Private Chef to manage the household’s daily culinary requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality, creative meals, maintaining excellent kitchen standards and managing household food shopping. This is a halal household, so experience with halal cuisine is essential.

KEY REQUIREMENTS·       5–7 years’ professional chef experience·       Highly motivated, passionate and creative·       Experience working in a private household preferred·       Halal cooking experience essential·       Own reliable transport·       Able to manage household food shopping

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES·       Plan and prepare fresh, high-quality meals·       Manage household food shopping and purchasing·       Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation·       Adapt menus to household preferences and requirements·       Maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation
