Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in 5-star lodge environment
• Property Management System experience essential
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations
• Ability to read and follow garment care labels correctly
• Experience with laundry stock control and ordering
• Strong inventory management and cost control experience
• Extensive computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet applications
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service standards✅ Live-in Position✅ Salary: R15
