Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant for a small, highly exclusive group of safari lodges with its own tour operating division. This role calls for someone who understands the expectations of discerning, high-end travellers and can deliver a personal, meticulous service from the first enquiry.

Working across the group’s safari and tour operating offering, you will respond to enquiries, create tailored proposals, convert bookings and build strong relationships with travel partners. You will work closely with the reservations and operations teams to ensure every detail is handled with care.

Requirements

Strong tour operator experience is essential, ideally within luxury African travel.

Proven experience selling high-end safari experiences to international clients or travel partners.

Excellent Southern African destination and product knowledge.

The ability to manage detailed, bespoke enquiries with accuracy and discretion.

Warm, polished communication skills and a genuine talent for building relationships.

Location: Cape Town, hybrid
