We are looking for a polished, friendly and guest-focused individual who will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests from the moment they arrive at the spa.### ✨ Position Details**Role:** Spa Hostess**Location:** Cape Town, Western Cape**Property Type:** Luxury Hotel**Salary:** R10,000 per month**Accommodation:** Live-out### 🌿 Key Responsibilities* Welcome guests to the spa in a warm, professional and attentive manner.* Provide excellent guest service throughout the spa experience.* Assist with guest arrivals, departures and general enquiries.* Manage and coordinate guest appointments and bookings where required.* Ensure guests are familiar with the spa facilities, treatments and services available.* Maintain excellent presentation and cleanliness standards in all guest areas.* Assist therapists and the spa team with daily operational requirements.* Ensure towels, refreshments, amenities and other guest supplies are readily available.* Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.* Assist with resolving guest queries while maintaining a calm and professional approach.* Uphold the luxury hotel's standards of service, presentation and guest care.### 💼 Requirements* Previous experience in a spa, luxury hotel or hospitality environment.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Professional, polished and well-presented appearance.* Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.* Friendly, approachable and confident personality.* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.**If you do not hear from us within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.**
