AA Cluster Asst Technical / Maintenance Manager Johannesburg

A complex with 4 hotels seeks a highly experienced Cluster hotel maintenance manager to oversee all the hotels and other outlets on the property, (AFFIRMATIVE ACTION) meeting the following specific requirements:-

• Trade qualification essential
• Minimum 7 years experience in a Technical / Maintenance Manager position within CITY HOTELS with over 400 rooms

Must currently be holding a CLUSTER Maintenance role, overseeing 3 or more HOTELS

• Hands on manager, with experience in electrical, plumbing, fencing, solar, boreholes, kitchen equipment, aircons, fridges etc
• Stable track record
• drivers licence
