The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the overall management of the property, ensuring exceptional service delivery, financial performance, and compliance with company standards. Strong commercial awareness, leadership capabilities, and strategic planning skills are essential. Job Description & Requirements:

• Manage overall property operations, departmental performance, guest experience, and business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, financial controls, forecasting, reporting, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop management teams while maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Strong commercial, financial, operational, and people management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Package:-          Salary: R25,000 – R40,000 DOE-          Live-out Start Date: ASAP
