The successful candidate will support the Hotel Manager with the daily operations of the property, ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining luxury hospitality standards.📍 Location: Franschhoek, Western Cape🏨 Property: 5-Star Hotel💼 Position: Assistant Hotel Manager💰 Salary: R34,000 – R37,000 per month

Position Highlights

Assist with the overall day-to-day hotel operations.

Support and lead departmental teams.

Maintain exceptional guest service and luxury standards.

Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance.

Handle guest queries and ensure guest satisfaction.

Assist with operational administration and cost control.

Step in for the Hotel Manager when required.

Requirements

Previous experience in an Assistant Hotel Manager or similar senior role.

Experience within a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent guest relations and operational knowledge.

Highly organised, professional and hands-on.

Ability to work well under pressure.
