This position is suited to an experienced hospitality couple or two compatible individuals who can provide exceptional guest service while supporting the daily management of the lodge. The successful candidates will work closely with senior management to ensure that all operational areas run efficiently. This hands-on role requires confident hospitality professionals who lead from the front, engage naturally with guests, and maintain outstanding five-star service standards. Strong food and beverage knowledge is essential, together with experience in personnel supervision, administration, planning, organizing, and stock control. Previous experience in a luxury lodge or five-star hospitality environment

Strong guest interaction and relationship-building abilities

Proven ability to deliver exceptional five-star service

Hands-on management style with the ability to lead from the front

Experience managing and motivating personnel effectively

Strong food and beverage operational knowledge

Sound administration, planning, and organizational skills

Experience with stock control and lodge procedures
