Assistant Maintenance Manager - 4* Lodge with Hotel Hazyview

A large property with a mix of hotel rooms and timeshare chalets seeks to employ a highly experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager with hospitality experience and meeting the following essential requirements:-

• Grade 12 + Electrical or related maintenance qualification, Plumbing experience a must, N6 would be first prize
• Preferably 10 years previous experience as an Assistant Maintenance Manager in hospitality industry within a large resort styled hotel, experience with pumps,water reticulation, large scale maintenance projects along with experience with management of out-sourced cleaning and garden services would be added advantage
• Experience in planning maintenance operations
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc
• STABLE TRACK RECORD
