About the Opportunity

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant Management Couple to join a prestigious luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger, Limpopo. This is an exciting live-in opportunity for a strong hospitality couple looking to take the next step in their careers while working together in a high-end safari environment.

One partner will take on the role of Assistant Manager (Operations), while the second partner should have a strong background in either Administration / Office Management or Food & Beverage Management.

Key Requirements

• Previous hospitality management experience, ideally within a luxury safari lodge, private game reserve or similar 5-star environment.
• One partner must have strong lodge operations and Assistant Management experience.
• The second partner should specialise in Administration / Office Management or Food & Beverage Management.
• Strong operational, organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Confident guest relations skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to assist across lodge departments when required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, reliable and comfortable living and working together in a remote safari environment.
• Both partners must be committed to a long-term career within luxury hospitality.

Package

• Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
• Live-In position.
