A leading fast-paced casual QSR restaurant brand is seeking Assistant Restaurant Managers for their Pietermaritzburg branches. This role supports senior leadership in driving daily operations and maintaining service excellence.
Description:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist in managing daily store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth service delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting stock control, and assisting with operational compliance.
This role requires strong energy, leadership potential, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
Salary: R18,000 – R22,500
Location: Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ restaurant or QSR experience
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of stock control and operations
- Matric essential
