About this role
Busy Hotel, restaurant and pub in KZN Midlands is looking for a bartender.
Prepare alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food as well as drinks.
Restocking of bar and other bar duties.
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations and ensure minimum losses to company.
Maintain standards of hygiene and cleanness in all departments.
Ensure everything in bar is set up and ready for service.
Assist in bar stock takes.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Gaap experience
Drivers License
Minimum 1 year experience as a bartender
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Passionate about the hospitality industry
Customer orientated and excellent people skills
References are essential
