This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled culinary professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality food and maintaining exceptional kitchen standards within a luxury hospitality environment.### 🍽️ Position Details**Role:** Chef de Partie**Location:** Cape Town, Western Cape**Property Type:** Luxury Hotel**Salary:** R11,627 per month**Accommodation:** Live-out### Key Responsibilities* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.* Take responsibility for an assigned section of the kitchen and ensure it operates efficiently.* Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, taste and presentation.* Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organised and hygienic.* Assist with menu preparation and contribute ideas where appropriate.* Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the relevant senior chef.* Ensure correct food storage, rotation and labelling procedures are followed.* Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.* Assist with maintaining health, safety and food hygiene standards.* Support junior kitchen team members and provide guidance where required.* Remain calm and organised during busy service periods.### Requirements* Previous experience as a **Chef de Partie** within a luxury hotel, lodge or high-end restaurant environment.* Relevant culinary qualifications would be advantageous.* Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.* Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality.* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.* Strong communication and teamwork skills.* Professional attitude and excellent work ethic.* Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.**If you do not hear from us within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.**
