Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a prestigious luxury catering operation, with the role based in Stellenbosch 📍 Location: Based in Stellenbosch💰 Salary: R16,000 DOE
This role is suited to a service-driven professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels
- Assist with bookings, orders and general requests
- Build strong customer relationships and follow up on enquiries
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate customer and booking information
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience
- Provide general administrative and customer service support
Requirements:
- Previous customer service, reservations, hospitality or client-facing experience
- Luxury hospitality, catering or service experience advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professional, friendly and service-focused approach
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident telephone manner
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
