Duty Manager Lodge Eastern Cape

Eastern Cape – a 5* luxury lodge with 10 rooms, situated on a Big 5 Reserve seeks a Lodge Manager reporting directly to owners on site, matching the following specifications:-

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years game lodge or boutique hotel experience
• Must have luxury hospitality experience in front office and F&B management
• Strong food & beverage skills and will be expected to manage lodge when on duty·         must be able take instruction well and adheres to Policies and Procedures·         good staff management skills to lead a team when on duty
• High standards of professionalism and attention to detail
• Must have a valid drivers licence, with PDP Preferred
• No children or pets
