Executive lodge Chef North West

Luxury game lodge with 10 suites, catering for upto 20 guests seeks an experienced lodge chef with the following specific experience:-

• 3 Year cheffing or equivalent culinary qualification.
• Minimum of two years experiences at a 5* luxury lodge, as Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef
• Current a la carte and fine dining a la carte experience essential

Strong leadership and kitchen management skills - must have managed a kitchen including purchasing and stock management

• Own transport and licence
