About the Opportunity

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a polished, warm and guest-focused Front of House professional to join a luxury game lodge in the Greater Kruger. The ideal candidate will have a strong luxury hospitality background, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Requirements

• Previous Front of House experience within a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality environment.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Warm, professional and confident personality.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Professional presentation and a strong service ethic.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Strong team player with a hands-on approach.
• Comfortable living and working in a remote lodge environment.

Package

• Salary: R10,000 – R12,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
• Live-In position.
