About the Opportunity

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a confident and experienced Front of House professional to join a luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger, Limpopo. This position requires someone with a strong personality who can confidently manage guest-facing operations while leading staff fairly and maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Requirements

• Previous Front of House experience within a luxury safari lodge or 5-star hospitality environment.
• Strong, confident personality with natural leadership ability.
• Experience supervising and managing lodge staff fairly and professionally.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high service standards across Front of House operations.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Confident handling guest queries and resolving concerns professionally.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of daily operations.
• Professional, well-presented and guest-focused.
• Able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable living and working in a remote safari environment.

Package

• Salary: Depending on experience.
• Live-In position.
