Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and polished Front of House Reservations professional to join a luxury hotel restaurant in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have strong reservations and guest relations experience, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements
Previous reservations or Front of House experience within a luxury hotel, restaurant or 5-star environment
Strong guest relations and communication skills
Excellent telephone and email etiquette
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Ability to manage reservations accurately and efficiently
Professional presentation and a warm, confident personality
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems advantageous
