Game Lodge Manager Eastern Cape

Eastern Cape – a 5* luxury lodge with 10 rooms, situated on a Big 5 Reserve seeks a Lodge Manager reporting directly to owners on site, matching the following specifications:-

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years game lodge or boutique hotel management experience
• Must have luxury hospitality operations experience within 5* boutique style properties in a senior management role
• Stickler for adhering to Policies and Procedures as well as maintain structures that are in place and not deviate from systems·         able to deal with owners and take instruction - no free reign·         good staff management skills to lead a team of 45 staff.
• High standards of professionalism and attention to detail
• Must have a valid drivers licence, with PDP Preferred
• No children or pets
