Position Highlights

Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the property.

Lead and manage the lodge team to maintain high service standards.

Ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Manage staff, budgets, stock and operational requirements.

Oversee lodge administration and ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain strong relationships with guests and the wider team.

Requirements

Previous senior management experience within a luxury lodge or safari environment.

Strong leadership and operational skills.

Excellent guest-relations and communication abilities.

Highly organised, professional and hands-on.

Ability to work effectively as a management couple.

Passion for luxury hospitality and the safari industry.
