Requirements·       A relevant tertiary qualification (or similar) in either Management or Hospitality (Beneficial)·       A minimum of 5 years Lodge Management experience or 2 years General Management Experience (High End Establishments-Essential)·       Good financial acumen (English)·       Very strong with Admin and HR·       Proven track record and contactable references Description ·       Strong allrounder, where both candidates have in depth knowledge of all lodge aspects (FOH, F&B, Maintenance, Finances, Operations, HR etc.)·       Guest focused philosophy·       Hosting responsibilities·       Must work accurately under pressure·       People skills – tolerance, patience, and care·       To demonstrate and promote flexibility and adaptability towards changing working hours and shifts according to the requirements of a 24-hour operation·       To respond to changes in your job function as dictated by the industry, company, or the property·       To manage and monitor all costs and implement measures to control them·       To provide effective leadership through professional management and encouragement of all subordinates Package on offer·       R 50 000-R 65 000 Gross, Negotiable and depending on Experience·       Single Live in·       Company Benefits·       Regrettably not pet or child friendly Starting Date: November 2026
