Required for hotel group Head Office
R110k full CTC p/m· Group commercial strategy and leadership· Sales strategy and portfolio sales performance· Marketing, brand, digital and communications· Revenue management, pricing and distribution· Hotel performance, budgets and commercial turnarounds· Owner and stakeholder relationships· New developments, opportunities and agreements· New hotel and agreement commercial implementation· National commercial team leadership and development· Commercial systems, standards and reporting
Experience (incl. but not limited to)· Substantial senior leadership experience in hotel or hospitality Sales, Marketing, Revenue and/or Commercial functions, with a proven record of measurable results· Proven multi-property or portfolio-level commercial leadership experience· Strong practical experience across hotel sales, marketing, revenue management, pricing and distribution· Experience managing and developing national or multi-property teams· Experience dealing directly with hotel owners, G

Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field
