Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and versatile Guide & FOH Couple to join a luxury private camp in the Addo region. This live-in role is ideal for a dynamic couple passionate about wildlife, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in guiding wildlife safaris and/or front-of-house operations

Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Flexible, hands-on, and able to adapt to various operational tasks

Physically fit and able to work in a rugged outdoor environment

Knowledge of conservation and wildlife management is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Guiding & Wildlife Experience

Lead game drives, walking safaris, and wildlife experiences for guests

Share knowledge on flora, fauna, and conservation practices

Ensure guest safety while delivering memorable safari experiences

Front-of-House Operations

Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a warm and professional arrival

Manage daily front-of-house operations, including guest services and dining

Assist with housekeeping and maintaining the property to luxury standards

Coordinate guest requests and provide personalised service

Teamwork & Camp Support

Work closely with the lodge team to ensure smooth operations

Support events, activities, and operational needs across the camp

Maintain high standards of professionalism, appearance, and conduct
