Description:
You will oversee all bar operations, maintain high service standards, manage stock and ordering, train bar staff, develop beverage offerings, and ensure profitability while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Barman or Senior Bar Supervisor
- Luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Micros POS experience essential
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails
- Leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Flexible to work hospitality hours
- Salary: R18,000 – R24,000 per month
