Head of Training / Group Training Manager

Head of Training / Group Training Manager - Restaurant Group in Cape Town or Gauteng, South Africa

We are seeking an experienced Head of Training to lead our training initiatives and enhance employee development across restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate various training classes (practical and theoretical) and create course materials.

Develop an annual training planner and track training progress for effective reporting.

Coordinate new store opening training, including brand-specific and management training on company systems.

Conduct monthly company induction programs for new employees.

Manage yearly Workplace Skills Plan submissions and track targets.

Oversee external training sponsorship, ensuring compliance and effective reporting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in training facilitation and program development.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple training initiatives effectively.
