Salary: From R11,000 per month,An exciting opportunity is available for a hands-on, guest-focused Host / Duty Manager to join a luxury boutique hotel.
Requirements
Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality role.
Strong guest relations and communication skills.
Good understanding of Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and general hotel operations.
Ability to lead a team and maintain high service standards.
Professional presentation and excellent attention to detail.
Opera Cloud and Micros experience advantageous.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
