Location: Cape Winelands
A luxury hotel in the Cape Winelands is looking for a professional and guest-focused Hotel Receptionist to join their front office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or lodge reception role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, well-presented and guest-centric
Strong administration and organisational skills
Experience with hotel reservation/PMS systems
Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
