Oversee daily stock movements across all lodge departments (Beverage, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Spa, Retail, First Aid, Stationery, Operational Equipment)

Ensure SOP compliance and verify all inventory transactions (P

Os, GR

Ns, Transfers, Wastage, Credits, Issues/Consumption)

Reconcile POS sales versus inventory depletion for Bar, Spa, and Retail outlets

Investigate consumption discrepancies and enforce reconciliation before replenishment

Validate transfers, wastage entries, and supplier credits for accuracy and authorisation

Align purchasing requests with budgets, PAR levels, and ROP settings

Oversee receiving, storage, FIFO rotation, expiry control, and storeroom integrity

Lead cycle counts and month‑end stock counts, investigating variances thoroughly

Compile month‑end reporting packs including variances, reconciliations, and usage patterns

Maintain master data accuracy in inventory systems (My

Stock/My

Inventory/Sage)

Ensure compliance with audit controls, separation of duties, and document trails

Supervise Storeman and Administrator functions✅ Minimum Requirements2–4 years’ experience in hospitality inventory or multi‑department stock management
