POSITION OVERVIEWA well-established Game Reserve is looking for a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to join their kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality, presentation and kitchen operations within a lodge environment, together with a passion for producing high-quality cuisine.

REQUIREMENTS

Culinary qualification – Essential

Previous experience in a similar role within a lodge, hotel or game reserve – Essential

Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations

Passion for high-quality cuisine and consistency

Team player with good leadership skills

Physically fit and able to work in a busy kitchen environment

Clear criminal record
