New opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning & Development Manager with a 5* internationally branded hotel in Cape Town!The L&D Manager will take responsibility for the coordination, delivery and execution of operational training across the hotel, working closely with department leaders to identify development needs & implement effective, practical training solutions - Taking the guest satisfaction & employee engagement to the next level.
Start date: Ideally end-November or sooner!Key Requirements:· Qualification in Hospitality related studies with a solid training background· Hotel training background preferred (4-5 star) with 3-years operational hospitality experience in a leadership position· Candidate must have EE reporting experience in terms of skills dev & must have experience in Cathsetta submissions· Prefer a candidate who has relationships with hotel schools· Salary Package: Competitive
