Kendrick Recruitment is looking for an experienced and guest-focused Lodge Anchor to join a luxury private game reserve in the Eastern Cape.📍 Location: Grahamstown, Eastern Cape💰 Salary: R12,000 – R15,000 DOE🏡 Live-in Position

This is a great opportunity for a warm, hands-on hospitality professional who enjoys being involved in all aspects of lodge operations and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and host guests throughout their stay
• Manage check-ins, check-outs and guest communication
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen and guiding teams
• Assist with reservations, administration and daily reports
• Support food and beverage service when required
• Handle guest requests and special arrangements
• Maintain high standards of service and presentation

Requirements:

• Previous luxury lodge or hospitality experience
• Strong guest relations and hosting skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Positive, hands-on approach
