Oversee all maintenance and facilities operations across the lodge group

Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules

Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Manage budgets, procurement, and cost control

Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and facility improvements

Maintain luxury standards across all lodge infrastructure

Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies

Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational efficiency

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Previous experience in hospitality or lodging environment essential Package
