About the Role

A prestigious game lodge in Limpopo is seeking a young, energetic, and suitably qualified Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a lodge environment and enjoys problem‑solving, working outdoors, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs

Plumbing installations, maintenance, and emergency fixes

Pump maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing

Solar system monitoring, upkeep, and basic repairs

General construction, building maintenance, and structural repairs

Routine lodge maintenance across guest areas, staff village, and operational facilities

Assisting with preventative maintenance planning

Responding to urgent repair requests to ensure seamless lodge operations

Requirements

Relevant technical qualifications in Electrical, Plumbing, Pumps, Solar, or Construction

Practical experience in a lodge, hospitality, or remote environment (advantageous)

Physically fit, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced, outdoor setting

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Willingness to live and work in a remote bush environment
