Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Management Couple for a luxury beach lodge in coastal Overberg. This hands-on role will suit a couple who enjoy working closely with their team, take pride in the details of lodge operations, and know how to make guests feel genuinely welcome.

Together, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the lodge, maintain exceptional service standards and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across the lodge and keep departments working smoothly together.

Lead, motivate and support the team, setting a positive example through hands-on involvement.

Build warm, professional relationships with guests and respond thoughtfully to their needs.

Maintain high standards of service, presentation and property upkeep.

Manage operational administration, planning and stock control.

Work closely with the wider management team to meet operational and service goals.

What we’re looking for

Proven management experience in a luxury lodge, hotel or similar hospitality setting.

Complementary strengths and the ability to work effectively as a management couple.

Confident leadership and excellent communication skills.

Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.

A calm, practical approach to resolving challenges.

A genuine passion for guest experiences and luxury hospitality.
