Requirements·       A relevant tertiary qualification (or similar) in either Management or Hospitality (Beneficial)·       A minimum of 5 years Lodge Management experience or 2-3 years General Management Experience (Luxury Establishments-Essential)·       Good financial acumen (English)·       Proven track record and contactable references Description ·       A couple/candidate that is highly respectful to local cultures and works well with local staff members·       Strong allrounder/s, where both candidates have in depth knowledge of all lodge aspects (FOH, F&B, Maintenance, Finances, Operations, HR etc.)·       Guest focused philosophy·       Hosting responsibilities·       Must work accurately under pressure·       People skills – tolerance, patience, and care·       To demonstrate and promote flexibility and adaptability towards changing working hours and shifts according to the requirements of a 24-hour operation·       To respond to changes in your job function as dictated by the industry, company, or the property·       To manage and monitor all costs and implement measures to control them·       To provide effective leadership through professional management and encouragement of all subordinates Package on offer·       R 40 000 Gross pm (Negotiable-Depending on Experience)·       Live in·       Company vehicle Starting Date: November 2026
