About the Opportunity

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a reliable and experienced Pool Technician to join a luxury hotel and winery in Franschhoek. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional to ensure all swimming pools and related facilities are maintained to exceptional standards within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pool Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
• Good knowledge of swimming pool maintenance, cleaning and water treatment.
• Experience testing and balancing pool chemicals, including chlorine and p

H levels.

• Ability to identify and assist with faults relating to pumps, filters and other pool equipment.
• Understanding of health, safety and hygiene standards relating to swimming pool facilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards.
• Practical, hands-on and able to work independently.
• Reliable, punctual and well organised.
• Willingness to assist with general maintenance duties when required.
• Previous experience within a hotel, wine estate or luxury hospitality environment will be advantageous.
• Candidates based in Franschhoek or the surrounding areas will be advantageous.

Package

• Salary: R12,000 – R13,000 per month.
• Live-Out position.
