Welcome and assist guests with check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations

Handle guest enquiries both in person and telephonically with professionalism and efficiency

Manage front‑of‑house administration including filing, correspondence, and daily reports

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences

Maintain a professional reception area and uphold the property’s service standards

Support the team with guest service during busy periods and special events✅ Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in a Receptionist or front‑of‑house role within hospitality (luxury environment advantageous)
