HOTEL RESERVATIONIST
Location: Pretoria North East
Salary: R14,500
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Reservationist to join an established hospitality operation in Pretoria North East.
REQUIREMENTS
Matric / Grade 12
Hospitality or Tourism Diploma or equivalent tertiary qualification – PREFERRED
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in hotel reservations and/or leisure coordination within an upmarket or luxury environment – ESSENTIALKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle all reservation enquiries via phone, email and online platforms
Manage bookings for leisure, corporate and group clients
Ensure accurate and timely reservation entries and updates
Respond to guest enquiries and provide excellent customer service
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Assist with leisure coordination and special requests
