Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and guest-focused Reservationist to join a luxury safari lodge in the Eastern Cape.📍 Location: Eastern Cape💰 Salary: R17,500 per month🏡 Live-in: Accommodation provided, meals not included📅 Work Cycle: 21 days on / 7 days off

This is a great opportunity for an organised hospitality professional who enjoys guest interaction, reservations and delivering exceptional service in a luxury safari environment.

Requirements:

• Previous reservations experience within a lodge, hotel or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confident handling bookings, enquiries and guest requests
• Computer literate with good administrative skills
• Professional and friendly approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous safari lodge experience advantageous
