• Previous experience in a reservations role within a luxury hotel, lodge or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of reservations processes and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries, bookings and guest requirements efficiently
• Confident handling of guest correspondence and telephone enquiries
• Strong computer literacy
