About this role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team of this high-profile lifestyle restaurant opening in Cape Town with an expanding hospitality group.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Senior Front of House leader within high-end or lifestyle restaurants – Someone who understands exceptional service in a luxury environment, positive team leadership & development, and commercially minded driving revenue.
About:
Supports the GM in day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless & elevated service standards.
Drive a refined guest experience while maintaining a warm, engaging & professional service culture.
Recruit, train, develop & inspire a high-performing front-of-house team.
Oversee reservations & guest relations building strong relationships & developing a loyal clientele.
Assists GM in monitoring financial performance, labour, stock & operational costs.
Play a key role in the pre-opening & successful launch, within Cape Town’s competitive dining scene.
Requirements:· International experience highly beneficial· Minimum 5 years in a similar position within high-end busy dining environments· A positive mentor & leadership style
Salary Offered: up to R50 000 dependent upon experience
