A prestigious five-star boutique lodge in Plettenberg Bay is seeking an experienced and passionate Rooms Division Manager to join their management team.

The Role

As Rooms Division Manager, you will oversee every aspect of the guest experience and all guest-facing operations throughout the lodge. Working closely with the General Manager, you will ensure that accommodation, housekeeping, guest relations, public areas, and service standards consistently exceed guest expectations.

You will lead, inspire, and coordinate teams while maintaining impeccable operational standards across the property.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality.

Previous management experience within a lodge, hotel, or guest experience environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional guest relations and communication abilities.

Outstanding organisational and planning skills.

High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Strong administrative and operational capabilities.
