Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join a prestigious luxury Winelands hospitality operation, with the role based between Stellenbosch and Randburg.đź“Ť Location: Based between Stellenbosch & Randburgđź’° Salary: R25,000
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong passion for luxury hospitality, business development and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth
- Develop new business and maintain key client relationships
- Conduct sales calls, meetings and property presentations
- Promote the accommodation and hospitality offering
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports
- Achieve agreed sales targets
- Attend trade events and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with reservations and operations teams
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience within luxury hospitality, hotels, lodges or tourism
- Strong industry contacts advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven and commercially minded
- Highly organised with strong follow-through
- Computer literate with good administrative skills
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel advantageous
