A results-driven Sales Manager role responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market share across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments within a luxury 5-star hotel environment.📜 Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, develop, and maintain key accounts across MICE, leisure, and corporate markets
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and networking
• Build and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share
• Conduct client meetings, site inspections, trade shows, and industry networking events
• Manage client entertainment and relationship-building initiatives
• Collaborate closely with operations and events teams to ensure seamless guest and client experiences
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis reports
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with local and international industry contacts📌 Skills Required:
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building capability
• Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets

• 3–5 years’ experience in hotel sales (luxury hospitality preferred)
